Database Analysis and Metrics:
- Receive Client’s customer email list file (CSV or Excel )
- Review of current email/customer database and d’base requirements
- Update Database: Normalize data, and organize fields, de-dupe, append records as required*
- Data visualization based on client requirements (Zip Code matching, Geo Targeting, etc.)
- Segment and export database to OAM email platform
- * Database and NetPark Landing Pages remain property of the Client
Database Management/Updating:
- Monthly: Append database with selected incremental customer information from PPC, NetPark, transactional purchase information and/or initiatives
- Quarterly: Update entire database (to date) normalize data, append records with selected information, from PPC, NetPark, etc.
